This package begins immediately upon contract signing and receipt of retainer, and includes the following:

PLANNING PHASE

Unlimited communication via phone, email & video
Communication with vendors to bring all details seamless together
Access to our powerful Aisle Planner wedding planning tool
Virtual Meetings at Various Milestones in Planning
- 9 Months and/or at time of booking, 6 Months, 3 Months, 6 Weeks and 3 Weeks
Up to (3) In-Person Meetings to Include the Following
- Initial Details Meeting / Venue Meeting
- Catering Meeting
- Final Details Meeting / Final Walk Through
Creating the following wedding planning tools:
- Master Event Timeline to be distributed to vendors and client
- Detailed Floor Plan + Site Plan
- Vendor List with Load-in and Load-out Schedule
- Setup List for Wedding Day Setup
- Ceremony Layout Chart

EXECUTION PHASE

1 Hour Rehearsal Prior to Wedding Day
Up to (12) hours of on-site coordination, including setup and tear down of all your personal decor (gift box, welcome sign, etc.)
(2) assistants to help facilitate timeline efficiently for guest counts of 150 and below
