Initial meeting

After booking, we’ll schedule an initial planning meeting to talk about your vision and how we can bring it to life.

Timeline & Ceremony

The first big item we will work on for you is your wedding day timeline. This also includes a ceremony outline with orders of procession and recession.

Aisle Planner

Throughout your planning journey with us, you’ll have your own Aisle Planner account - complete with a robust checklist, budgeting tool and more.

Floor Plan & SeTup

Another big item we go over together is your wedding day setup and your floor plan. You’ll have access to our decor collection with many items available at no additional charge.

Final meeting

1 month from your big day, we sit down with Tatiana and with Kari & Brooke from catering to go over all of your final wedding day details.

Rehearsal & wedding day

Sometime during the week of your wedding, we’ll meet you and your wedding party at Castle Green to facilitate your rehearsal. All that’s left is the big day!

Initial Meeting

This meeting can take place over the phone, via zoom, or in person at Castle Green. We’ll usually chat for about an hour or so, and prior to the meeting I’ll ask for a few things such as a Pinterest board and current booked vendors (if any).
We’ll go over a game plan that everyone is comfortable with moving forward and I’ll help you with the next big item which is Timeline conception.

Timeline Conception

We’ll send over a timeline questionnaire for you to fill out. It contains a ton of options and items for you to consider as part of your wedding day. By no means is any of it required or mandatory, rather it’s meant to be a helpful way to organize your ideas and plans on what you’d like to see happen on the big day.
Once you submit this, we’ll create a draft schedule for you to review and we’ll work on this throughout the wedding planning process until we have it tailored just right for you. We’ll also work on Ceremony items as they pertain to ceremonies at Castle Green, and include this in your draft timeline.

Aisle Planner

One of the first things we get you setup with is your very own Aisle Planner account. You’ll have your own checklist with due dates that are customized based on your wedding day. It’s super detailed! Many of our type-A clients love this feature.
Other amazing features include a Design Studio, Budget Tracking tool, Guest List and Seating, and a website builder. You don’t have to do everything in Aisle Planner, but you could if you wanted to!
Here we’ll also share your vendor information (contact information, contracts and more) so we’ll have one space to view and share.

Floor Plan & Setup

Another important item we’ll help you work on is your Floor Plan at Castle Green and what you’ll need help to setup (outside of what your vendors are providing). This can include things like a seating chart, table numbers, a welcome sign and so much more.
As a client, you’ll have access to our Decor Collection with many items you can use for the big day at no extra cost. This way you can focus your spending on the bigger and more important parts of the day.

Final Walk Through Meeting

1 month before your wedding day, we will meet at Castle Green with Tatiana and Little Lily’s Kitchen (your caterer) to discuss all final event details. By this time, you’ll have a solid timeline and floor plan in place. We’ll also walk through the space with them to make sure we have thought of everything for setup and for the wedding day.

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Execution

We’ll be on-site with you for two important events. The first is your Wedding Rehearsal. This usually takes place a day or two before the wedding day. You and your wedding party and/or family will all meet at Castle Green and we will walk you through ceremony orders of procession and recession.
The second is your wedding day! You can expect us to be the first vendor on-site to get a jump on wedding day setup and to welcome all your vendors. By the time you arrive, we’ll be ready to guide you through the wedding day. You won’t have to remember a thing because our team takes care of everything for you!
